    Just finished brewing my first all grain when I chilled wort and got it into My fermenter I was left with a little under 4 gallons is that alright should I use same amount of yeast need some advice on what to do

    I have a 5lb tank for keg setup how long will a small tank like that last me?

    Second batch on tap

    So I got my second batch on tap today have it all setup running threw the lines now my question is how long do I let it carbonate before I can try it? I have the regulator set at 10psi haven't rolled it or any thing like that just hooked the lines up and that's how it is sitting now

    Lager

    I have brewed 2 batches now using the extract kits from a local brew shop and they have came out amazing, I want to try a black lager next but have heard that when it ferments it needs to be at a controlled colder temp. Any advice I should know before trying a lager?

    I made a kegerator today using a mini fridge and a cold plate works awesome just curious on any pros or cons to this setup only a part time setup as I have a chest freezer I'n process but that is costing a pretty penny so far
