    Keggle MLT tippy dump pivot level?

    I am looking at implementing a tippy dump set up on my inverted keggle mash tun. What level do y'all think would be best? Midway would be best balance, but biased towards the bottom would help it stay dumped while I am emptying it. I think I will implement some sort of pin lock system...
