    Second fermentation..... When?

    So I'm not quite new here but I've been away for a while. And apparently my search capabilities are infantile... Have an IPA that has been fermenting for a week steadily. There are still a few bubbles on the top but I'm wondering can I transfer it to a secondary now and leave it for another week...

    Getting out.... Free Stuff!!

    Im giving away my brew kit less the burners and pots.. Glass primary aand glass secondary..... 3 buckets, cappers ETC. much more... Let me know. Im in pasadena and will be around this week, for puckup. Would preferr to give it to somone new to brewing.. Pm with your phone # Scott

    Need some help

    New to cider but not to beer... Hi everyone!!! I have a 5gal. batch that started out SG 1.085 and is at FG 1.00 want to back sweeten how much AJ concentrate should I add?? one can? two cans? to get it back up to 1.10+ Thanks Scott

    LHBS Bad Info I think..?

    Have a beer called Evil Hipster that I added a extra pound of dextros to raise the ABV. to 6.5-7.0, Sg was 1.067 and I feel that it stalled 3wks in primary and racked into secondary and it was 1.021... has stayed there for one week.. called LHBS and the guy seemed as if he couldent be botherd...

    Better than a fish bowl...

    So Im on my second batch with my new 6.5gal glass Carboy and I could watch it for hours while drinking some homebrew.. I may just ferment on the coffey table from now on. It beats any fish tank Ive ever had in the living room:D

    Could not resist....

    After only 7 days in the bottle and getting ready to brew my third batch I had to try my first batch.... not fully carbed yet but a dam fine blond... WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! Thanks for all your help guys and gals!!!! This Non Bud's for you :mug::mug:

    beer bottling temperature

    Where I store my bottled beer varies between 65-80 deg. Will it do ok in the conditioning phase at these temps?

    Well I did it....

    Bought my first kit and did my first brew :mug: . Thanks to this fourm I have had some of the first brew panic relieved. :tank::mug: Thanks Again Scott
