Am a new brewer and am currently on my third batch. First two went great and turned out great. I started the third yesterday and hand a Blowoff last night. I have the Blowoff tub in now, but looks like I lost about 1/2 gallons of liquid.
Should I leave it alone or does this need to be topped off...
