I just finished brewing a “Jamil’s Chocolate Hazelnut Porter” kit from “more beer.” I took a sample before pitching my yeast and putting in my primary and the reading was off the chart (all the way to the bulb). My last three brews have been within normal range” Any ideas? :drunk: :drunk:

Does anyone know of a place to pick up a new Sanyo 4912 besides Costco? I’ve searched and searched and have only came up with one at Costco for $239. I wasn’t quick enough to pick one up when they went down to 169.00 last week. :drunk:

Well I just "brewed" my second batch, a Kangaroo Tail Ale from Homebrew Heaven. My first batch is in bottles and I've been taking one every now and thing and they keep getting better and better (coming up on 14 days now), still a bit to bitter but OK. I would like to add picture to this post...
