    Its my understanding that bells(Kalamazoo, MI) uses their own proprietary yeast. Id like to try to make a bells clone(ale) but im not up to harvesting and growing my own yeast yet. Has anyone harvested yeast from bells and willing to sell some?

    bottling/capping with tiwst offs

    Im very new to brewing(this is actually my first brew that is finishing up). So ive been saving bottles to use for my brew. Most of them are twist-offs. The bottle caper seems to work with them but i would like alittle bit more word on this. Anyone have experience bottling with twist-off bottles?
