    How cold is too cold (to cold crash)?

    So I have a beer lagering at 33F, and need to cold crash an English Bitter. Is it safe to cold crash it at 33F for a few days? Too cold? Thanks!

    Over carbonation for a Belgian Tripel

    So somehow my Tripel ended up way over-carbed. Short of manually releasing the CO2, is there anything to be done? I'm planning to age the beer for several months longer anyway - will this help?

    Cream Ale process question

    So, total noob question, but I've never cold crashed/lagered a beer before, and I'm not sure of the process. As best I can tell it goes something like: Primary Fermentation w/ optional secondary until fermentation finished. Drop to 35-40 F for a day or two. Bottle/keg. Allow to come back up...
