    Grain mill desired roller gap and range of adjustment???

    For those of you with plenty of experience all-grain brewing. . .what spacing do you generally run between your grain mill rollers? I see that JSP's Malt Mill advertises a spacing of 0.045", but there are adjustable mills as well. . .so there must be some need/desire for adjustability...
