    How to compensate for watered down wort

    I over shot my og on my 3rd all grain. I tried to compensate by adding water to the wort. After 10 days in fermenter the sample tastes watered down. My target og was 1.055, the actual og was 1.062 before I added the water. With water addition it was 1.050. The gravity reading now is 1.014 but...
