    Brew Pot Question

Was gifted a 20 quart aluminum stock pot. Is it recommended to brew in an aluminum pot? It is listed as heavy gauge. I am a bit leery. Thanks.

    Dry Hop Question

It has been suggested on here that 7-10 days is ideal for a decent dry hop. I'm on day 10 today but due to "stuff" going on I may not have time to rack this batch today. Secondary Question

I started out my first time brew with a brown ale. The SG coming out of the primary was 1.010 (recommended FG is 1.011-1.015). How long can I leave the brew in the secondary without getting out of my range before bottling? Can I wait a week?
