has anybody ever added vanilla to their Imperial blond ale :drunk: ? just brewed one today :cool: and was thinking about doing this with some vanilla extract.

what would be a good extract kit that you could add some orange ( bitter or sweet) too? I think i would like an orange flavored beer. I enjoy all beers, light dark, it doesn't matter, i just want too add some orange flavor! thanks in advance!

I was finally able to drink my first home-brew tonight! It was awesome! i brewed an IRISH RED ALE for my first beer and drank a few tonight, let me tell you there is nothing that can compare with your own home-brewed beer giving you a good buzz!!!!!!!!:ban: :drunk::mug::drunk::ban:

Do i wait the three hours for my yeast to activate, or can i smack it and pitch it? its been out and smacked for about 1 hour, but my wert is chilled to 100* now. thanks in advance!!:o:confused:

Newbie here, just wondering how long it takes to brew an extract kit? I am planning on doing two different beers tomorrow, will I have time for any thing else?:rockin:
