    Carbing for Black and Tans

    I just kegged my EPA and Irish Dry Stout this evening. I've been doing some research while the kegs are sitting at 30psi for the first 24 hours. I trying to find out what the correct PSI should be for these beers. I'm thinking 2.0 vols for the EPA and 1.8 for the stout should be about right...

    Air in my Beer Line
