    Irish Red Ale not clearing?

My Red Ale was in primary for 14 days. I tested the gravity on the 12th and 14th day and it was a steady 1.012. I racked to the secondary a month ago and it hasn't even begun to clear up. Does this seem normal?

How long for beer to begin to clear?

I racked my Irish Red Ale to the secondary 5 nights ago and haven't seen any clarity beginning. Wondering how long it takes for it to start clearing up. I have heard 2 weeks and bottle, but I couldn't imagine this being completely clear in 2 weeks saying that after 5 days it hasn't started.

Since I racked my beer to the secondary (2 hours ago) the piece that moves inside the airlock is raised up to the top of the airlock. Not going up and down and not rested on the bottom. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Wondering if my first batch is bad?

First off, I'm making an Irish Red Ale. I started my fermentation 11 days ago. I wanted to transfer to the secondary this Saturday. So I started the process of checking the beer with my hydrometer tonight to see if it was done fermenting. I was going to check it for the next couple of days to...
