    So i just opened up the bucket on my first lager fermentation. 14 days @ 55º. its pretty close to what the FG should be, but I'm nervous about what's going on up top here. I didnt strain the beer so I thought it might be hops clumping up with some yeast that hasn't fallen yet. But the bubbles...
