    Organic Brewing?

    anyone know any organic ingredient sites so i can make an all organic brew... probably gonna use turbinado for priming organic extracts would be nice but thats not bloody likely.

    fermentation stuck or done?

    so i brewed my ponderosa porter on wednesday, it is now sunday, and it would seem fermentation has stopped, i am in the process of taking a hydro reading but im willing to bet its done, but isnt this really fast to be done? its fermenting at im gonna guess somewhere around 65 degrees, the closet...
