    Noob question about tasting cider after aging.

    hello, My cider is aging for a month now. And I want to taste it, but I am afraid to get air in the keg and damage my cider. I have read somewhere, that cider which has completed its fermentation course and is at complete stop of bubling is needed to use co2 gas to force all air out of the keg...

    Need help asap

    So I left about 7 gallon to ferment. And after 10 days it is slowing down. I checked the sugar level in the cider and it is about 5-10g/L ( started with 50-100g/L) and according to my hydrometer instructions it should be around 6-7% ABV. I tasted my cider and it is now a little too dry for me...

    Foam is building and I am afraid it will clog the F pipe?

    Hello. First time making cider. I made everything and cider is now fermenting, but as I red in some tutorials I poured cider almost to the top of the demijong bottle. Now I see that some foam is building and it almost reaches the bung. What to do?
