    Still can't find my way around the comments.

    Just can't find my last post...DUH! But... I have my first brew of Stout bottled. I'm not sure if it will carbonate because I kept it longer in the fermentation barrel than I should so it may pour a bit flat, still it tastes smashing...YEAH! I learned a lot and have another brew of mild...

    I made wine for years but never brewed beer.
