    Fermentation Slowing

    My fermentation is slowing down. I put put it in my carboy on Saturday around 3pm, and it started to ferment on late Saturday/early Monday. It's thursday now and it's starting to slow down quite a bit. Airlock is bubbling once every 30 seconds or so. Is this normal?

    Uh oh...Airlock problem?

    I just made my first batch of beer today, and after about 7 hours of it being in my closet with the airlock on, I realized I had forgotten to put sanitized water in it.... Is this...bad? I know it was potentially open to bacteria...but will 7 hours matter much when it's such a small...
