Our first "Saison", Q for after fermentation -->?
Just did our first Saison style beer. Is there a need for a secondary? If not, how long should I leave it in bottles until I drink? How long should I bottle condidion Pliny clone?
Pliny the Elder Clone just got siphoned into bottles after 2 weeks in Secondary. Any one have advice on how long I should wait until cracking one?- vitALEity

started with low malt in partial mash, can I add more?
during the second fermentation. My friend and I are pretty new to homebrewing and for 5 gal. we used 3lbs grain for the partial mash and only 2lbs liquid malt extract. We didnt test the OG but clearly this is going to be a low alcohol beer. We are 2 days into the primary and are wondering if...- vitALEity
