Is there a way to make one of the alarms normally closed on the Auber 2352 PID. I want to be able to set an alarm when the Strike water gets to temp but unless I go into settings for the Process High alarm each time I don't see how I can do it. I would like to set a Process deviation low alarm...

Has anyone tried making something similar but smaller to the all copper Chillus Convolutus. I am looking at 3/8 inner tube and 1/2 outer. 10 ft lengths are relatively inexpensive from lowes and I think could be build fairly easily. I am looking to make my tools smaller to reduce my brewing...
