    Too muchs water?

    I'm doing my second all grain right now and I accidentally caluclated my strike water for 12 lbs of grain instead of 11. Should I do anything to make up for this or just not worry about it?

    My buddy told me that if I have my grain milled for me and I'm not planning on using it right away I should store it in my freezer or it will loose some of its sugars. Is there any truth to this? I would be using it in with in three to four days.

    Bad head retention, what can I do

    I just switched from extract to partial mash and then to all grain. None of my beers now seem to get very good head retention since I stopped doing extract. Any advice on what I can do about this?

    Need help fast

    Just did my 1st all grain and got scared about my brewhouse efficiancy and added a lb of corn sugar & 10 oz of DEMto my boil. I totally shouldn't have worring because now I have an SG of 1.080. So my question is should I hurry down to my LHBS and grab another package of wyeast to pitch?
