Sooo..... about a week ago I brewed a lager. The plan was a 1.048 OG. Instead I got a 1.037. It was late and I figured it wasnt the end of the world..... so I went with it. Now, a week or so later I come up with the idea to add a little honey. Is this a bad idea? If not, would it be better to...
