In relation to bottling, I just want to confirm something with the group here. I have my flat and fermented brew in primary fermenter completed. I now rach it to a secondary, and then go right on ahead and add in the boiled/dissolved corn sugar to the secondary, and proceed to bottle, yes...

So how does it work in homebrew competitions as far as recipes go? Can I brew a recipe I find in a book and compete it, or does it have some be some sort of totally self-invented recipe?
