    OK, we have our batches in the bottles. They have been bottle curing for the appropriae times etc. So what is the best way to store these bottles now? I have them stored in a closet at about 65 degrees. is it best to leave them like that? or put them in the fridge? any opinions?

    Advice on brewpots needed

    we are looking at a brewpot and cooker sold by Bass Pro Shops. Its actually a turkey fryer. Its 30 qts and stainless steel with a copper faucet on the side. is there any harm with the faucet being copper? its a great deal for 100 bucks for both. Anyone have a opinion?

    Dry Hopping

    OK, was going to transfer to secondary and wait about a week, then dry hop another 3-7 days and bottle. But put the hop sock in at the time of transfer. Is it better to let it sit dry hopping the whole 2 weeks? or take it out after 1 week? Thanks for any advice Treshombres

    OK, no reasonable excuse to give but we were bottling one batch and transferring another to the secondary fermentor and totally got messed up.     Trying a propane cooker this weekend

    Hey just purchased a Bayou Classic SP-10 High pressure cooker to use for our boils. I noticed it states on the box that its designed for 20# propane bottles. My home grill uses 15# bottles. Is that going to be an issue? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

    Adding yeast at bottling?

    First we are new so we will expect the smirks and giggles. Our local home brew store is telling us to add yeast at the bottling. We brewed a double IPA and they say it cant hurt can only help. We cant see anything on the web thats talks about this practice. Anyone have an opinion?
