    Is my beer oxidized?

    I took a hydro on my citra IPA last night, 9%! I guess i left the lid cracked on my ale pale. I went to dry hop it tonight, with you guessed it more citra, The lid was open! Is this beer oxidized? gravity last night was 1.010.

    Explosive Fermentation

    I have a big porter that I pitched yesterday afternoon, today I come home from work to a blown off lid. I assume at least 6 hours without a lid. What should I do with this beer? Should I let it ferment normally, or turn it into a sour porter? Yeast used was Nottingham. I expect some off flavors...

    This is a partial mash recipie 3 lbs 2 row malt 1 lb chocolate malt 1 lb black patent malt 1/2 lb barley 1/2 lb crystal 60L 1 lb flaked oatmeal 3 oz DME 1 oz fuggle hops 1 oz kent golding hops

    To bottle or not?

    I have a porter that has been in the primary for 3 weeks. I have done 3 hydro tests in the past 5 days and got the same reading of 1.015. I was expecting a FG of 1.012. Should I bottle?
