So I recently tried to make an Odell's Brewery Cutthroat porter clone recipe that I found online. My LBS didn't have some ingredients so they suggested some substitutions. I just bottled it, and it is not nearly dark enough - it is almost an amber.. not black like the porter I was expecting...
