I have brewed about three batchs all stouts, first was just malt extract. but since that i have been adding using crushed malts and hops to the mix. I am almost through reading the complete joy of home brewing, i just found the advanced section. I havent found a way to make my beer thicker...

I was drinking some while brewing my last batch wich was a cholicate coffie stout and in my intoxacated state added five mugs of expresso.,,,,for a five gallaon batch....wonder if im brewing alcholoch coffie or beer :ban:
