    Should I buy some "5.2 buffer"??

    Cream Ale vs Lite Ale ??

    I remember drinking Genesee cream ale in my younger days when I lived on the Northeast. I'd like to brew it. Some retailers offer a cream ale kit but others do not. What makes a cream ale a cream ale??? How does it differ from a lite ale or an american lite ale? Thanks
