I think most US IPA’s are over hopped I’m drinking a Mosaic IPA. With this hop schedule and it’s perfect.
Hops (100 g)
20 g (33 IBU) — Mosaic 13% — Boil — 60 min
20 g (19 IBU) — Mosaic 13% — Boil — 15 min
30 g (9 IBU) — Mosaic 13% — Aroma — 20 min hopstand @ 85 °C
