    Keggle lid, testing interest.

    I have a keggle lid design I thought up, it would be stainless tig welded, and multifunctional to contain heat and water as well as contain heat and let water escape. It will fit any size hole that you have cut in your keggle. Depending on stainless prices I think they would be about 20-30$...

    Have a 15 gallon keg, where did you get it?

    Trying to be legal. Where can I pick up a keg to turn into a keggle? I tried the scrap yard they said it is illegal. I'm in the DFW area.

    How do you make wine with various fruits? Newbie needs help.

    I am going to take various fruit scraps such as, honeydew, pineapple, etc., and I will be making a wine out of them, to then later distill for fuel and not consumption. My question is if I have various fruits, what would be my first step? Should I boil the sugars out? Should I blend the fruits...

    I really like the Shiner 100 commemorator Doppelbock. Unfortunately it is going to be gone soon. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone had a similar recipe so I might be able to brew it in the future. Thanks, Red
