    noob thread wants to brew low alcohol brew

    hi all, I have been brewing extract beer for a a few years now and have always tried to make low alcohol beers. I do this by burning off the alcohol at the end of the fermentation process, typical around 30 mins in kettle at 170 degrees and then I chill again and keg.The results have been ok'ish...
