    Blichmann Fermenter lid leak

    I have a 42 gallon Blichmann Fermenter. New lid gasket and new clamp. I put 5lbs of CO2 pressure in the tank and gas leaks from the clamp. I’ve tried for hours and can’t get a seal. I confirmed the gasket is on correctly per instruction. Thoughts?

    Convert Conical into Mash Tun?

    Has anyone ever put a false bottom in a stainless conical and used it as a mash tun? I found a great deal on a used one and was curious if anyone has had success insulating and retro fitting one for this purpose.
