    I'm relatively new here.

    Hi All, I have a 5 gal carboy I did a MLF on and after 7 weeks I racked it. Added a sulfate and it's aging now. Could I do some wood chips now or an oak spiral now , or not? And how long should I age it? It's half Cab and half Sangiovese. I bought it as New wine from California.

    Malolactic Fermentation?

    Hi Just joined. I'm considering doings malolactic fermentation on my red young wine from California. Half Cabernet , half sangiovese. Any thoughts?
