    Help with Cerveza kit

    So yesterday I started a muntons cerveza kit, I didn't add anything additional aside from the required 1kg of brewing sugar. Fermentation has started already. Looking at the instructions I'm wondering if they are really what I should be doing? The kit says "Fermentation complete in 4-6 days...
