    2 day primary??!!?

    What did i do wrong, 1 gal organic apple juice, redstar blanc, added 1.5 cup sugar. O ly fermented 2 days and stopped bubling. Did not get og but fg .990. Appears to already be done. Temp never got over 72. Tastes very dry. Very cloudy and very strong alcohol taste. Do i need to rerack and...
