    Hi all, I started my first ever batch of cider this past weekend, and today (day 2 ) i noticed a strange guck on the neck of my Carboy. I’ve been reading a little about it and looks like it could possibly be yeast or Krausen? If it is either of those, should i leave it, or scoop it in/out...
