    Lactobacillus Plantarum and side hops

    I have read a bit about Plantarum and realised it hates hops. I would like to use it for a lichtenhainer and would like a little hops. The plan was to first sour and then do a normal fermentation but not kill the lacto. Since I would like a little hops I was thinking, couldn't I do a "side brew"...
