    ABV in range but pre-bottle flavor seems week

    Hi. I'm on my 3rd batch of extract and am 2 weeks into the fermentation. It is complete and has hit the target ABV of 4.8 - 5%. It's an American Amber, however, it tastes a little weak (flavor).
