    I want to use my fresh hops, do i use the same amount as what the recips calls for?

    is this normal ??

    friday i made my first batch, made shure every thing that touched the batch was sanatised, got it transformed in to the priamary, an hour or to went by, it really started formenting good, bubbling like crazy, that lasted a day. now it not doing nothing. the temp is around 68- 70. is it done?

    this weekend im going to start my first batch of brew. i have made alot of wine before in my wine i pitch it in,, i have seen alot of people talk about rehydrateing yeast before putting it in. my question is how to do it?
