    Temperature sensor in 5l demijohn

    After a couple of 5 gallon batches, I figured I'd try a 1 gallon beer batch with some wine demijohns I've already got. Is there a good way of getting a temperature sensor into the demijohn? I was wondering about setting up a blow off tube instead of a normal airlock and running the temperature...
