    Inkbird ITC-1000

    I was installing my inkbird into my new keezer & when I applied power it displayed a temperature with no probe hooked up. Is this normal? I would have thought I would get an error for a open probe. The temp displayed is way off as well. 68F vs 83F. Thanks!

    Hysterisis on Inkbird Controller

    I picked up a nice Wine fridge today to use a a fermentation chamber. Carboy sits in without any modification required plus a glass door so I can watch things. Anyways, I digress. The controls are +/- 3 degrees F. Not as accurate as I would like. I was curious as to those of you who are using...
