Hi, I read somewhere on-line (and I cannot find where now) that a mother culture is likely to yield a lower abv than a baby. I tend to use thin baby cultures and discard the mothers. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks

Hi, I have just bought a new corny keg. It is Indian made but seems ok and is different to the rest of my Italian ones and older reconditioned coca cola kegs. When bottling I get a foamy finish, not much but enough to make it unusable. My CO2 cylinder is nearly empty and I am wondering if...
