    sugar for priming keg

    I'm going to prime keg with sugar as not having luck with CO2 How much sugar in 19litre keg 5 gal. I thought heaped teaspoon per bottle @ 25 comes to about 10.5 ounces (300g) Is that too much?

    More probs

    I seem to be on here a fair bit but it's best place for help. I filled a keg and gassed it the quick way and when I poured it had good head but beer was flat. Can it be salvaged?

    nothing happening in one?

    I put down 2 brews of Australian pale ale yesterday arvo and during night I heard a lot of "blooping" but in morning discover only one was active. Carefully looked in dead one and it looked a curdly on top so stirred it and put lid back on. Still no change after 2 hours

    Storing in kegs

    I recently started putting beer in kegs (19 litres ) I gas them the quick way by rolling keg around etc and that seems to work well. What I need to know is how long I can leave brew in the keg befor gassing and if I gas it and leave out of fridge for a few weeks Advice appreciated..
