Howdy, I've been wanting to make 1 gallon of hibiscus mead 1st time. Can't find much online but figured I'd use: 3 lbs of buckwheat honey, 1 oz of hibiscus, Nottinghams ale yeast, yeast nutrient, 1/4oz tartaric acid, 1/2 malic acid, and 2 tbsp of strong black tea (for tannin). Do I dissolve...
