    Thermometer placement

    So I just made myself a keggle so I can start to brew bigger batches. I placed the thermometer about 4 in from the bottom of the keg. My question is to chill the wort I normally used my immersion chiller, however, that will only get it down to around 78 degrees. So I would ice bath my brew pot...
