    Krausening Lager for Carbonation

    I've seen a bit of stuff in the forums on using krausen to ferment wort, but I'm interested in using krausen to carbonate a lager. I've got 5 gallons of an Oktoberfest and I just learned that krausening is a traditional method in Germany for carbonating beer. Has anyone done this? If so...
