    Did I create a monster?

    Hi, Just wanted to do a very small bath of IPA in a 15 minute boil: 1 gal Used: 1lb DME Pilsen 0.8Oz Sorachi Ace (15min) 0.8Oz Sorachi Ace (0min) 15minute boil Yeast: US-05 All calculators show extremely high IBUs. I fear this will be undrinkable. Any comments? Luis.
