    Just kegged first batch...questions

    1. I thought it was ok to use an old 5 gal water cooler bottle as a secondary. Autosiphon too big to fit in the mouth. I had to simply pick it up and pour it into the sanitized keg. I sealed it and purged it a few times with Co2. Is all that oxygen while splashing in the keg gonna wreck it...

    Conical feremntor question, kegging

    So I'm getting ready to buy a conical, stainless fermentor. Is it a big deal if I just let gravity move the beer into the keg? Or is it better to buy one I can pressurize to do the transfer?
