    Storing milled grains

    I just bought the grain to brew 5 gal amber ale then found out I won't have time to brew it for two weeks. It's sealed in a plastic bag. Which is the best way to keep the grain until I can brew. In my pantry at 76F or in my refrigerator? Thanks
