    New Brewer from Nelson NZ

    Hey, all! My name is Nick and I have just started brewing my first beer, exciting! :) It's a Lager using Nelson hops. It's been about a week fermenting, but taking the advice from everyone here and just leave it for at least another week. Fingers crossed all turns out well.
